One of the most consistent titles out just now has been Hawkeye by Matt Fraction and David Aja (and many other guest artists).

The ultimate Marvel team-up finally hit screens here last night for the UK, a week ahead of the US who get the film on the 4th May. The question on everyone’s lips since its announcement was “Could Joss Whedon pull it off?” (SPOILER ALERT!! – although I’ve tried to keep away from giving any of the finer details)

After reading the 5-issue Carnage mini-series in late 2010/early 2011 by Writer Zeb Wells and AMAZING artist Clayton Crain – I was pretty hyped for their 2nd mini starting.

I know what you’re thinking; ‘Does this girl have no fear? Reviewing not one, but two Marvel titles she knows nothing about’! And yes, you may be right. Truth is, in the midst of the DC Reboot I’m enjoying reading something that I have no expectations for. So far, these comic related gambles have paid off. This one in particular, at least if you consider payment in giggles and chuckles to be sufficient reward.
