Mark Waid’s Rocketeer mini continues with the penultimate issue in the series – an issue I was particularly hyped about when I spoke with Jordie Bellaire at the D.I.C.E. con….she mentioned ray-guns YEEHA!

IDW brings us issue #2 of Mark Waid’s mystery/adventure starring the Rocketeer –taking us through to the midway point of this 4-issue mini. Following a strong opening issue (reviewed here) I had high hopes that the pulp-themed fun would continue.

The previous two collections of “Rocketeer Adventures” from IDW gave us a glimpse into the pulp characters life as viewed by a number of different writer/artist combos and they’ve followed that up with this dedicated four-part arc from Mark Waid……….ignition sequence started 😀
