What do you get if you take a group of Rednecks and an Army Sergeant and face them off against an army of Aliens?…….that’s right…..you get Clay County. While that may not sound like much this is another hidden gem among Arcana’s releases.
The first weekend in May is usually a high point for us comic book fans the world over as Free Comic Book Day hits and we get to pick up some new titles that we maybe wouldn’t have ventured into before.

What’s better than getting hold of an early preview of a new comic/graphic novel release four months before it’s released? Truth is it can depend on what you’re getting but in the case of Arcana’s “Becoming” title……I got to read this ahead of its November release. Reviewer set to fun!

Free Comic Book Day may well be a few weeks behind us but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about all those issues we managed to pick up from our local comic book shop and added into our usual stack – the usual mix of Gold/Silver level comics were on offer and all well worth at least a glance – “Intrinsic” from Arcana Comics was one of those.
